As owner operator of Home Maintenance Management HMM, I put my pride into the finished product to give you top notch quality workmanship.
I have over 20 yrs experience and knowledge in almost all aspects of construction/renovations and handyman work.
For 10+ yrs I was focused on pre sale for homeowners and real estate agents. I would go thru the house to find all the deficiencies, make a list and have them all completed for the house to be listed to show. Plaster/drywall repair, painting touch ups, painting walls, Re caulking: tubs, showers, trim, backsplash, windows and doors. Replacing things that don’t work/damaged/upgrade. Hanging pictures, blinds, curtains, and finish off the honey do list…..
I also do bi yearly maintenance: Dryer vent clean out, fridge filter cleanup. Change furnace filters, clear vents of dust, smoke alarm battery replace, change lightbulbs, check water softener/add salt, check hot water heater, turn on or off exterior water sources, window washing, eaves cleaning, loose or squeaky door hardware, weather stripping, caulking cracks, look over eaves, roofs, foundation.
I can improve your homes comfort with my tighten up the house services which does and exterior perimeter check. Caulk or foam cracks, glaze older windows. Any way a mouse can get in or heat can get out, I will seal it up. Priced accordingly to the scope of the job. You will feel the savings in the warmth with no pesky critters.
I have several tradespeople that I can call upon to help with projects that I am not licensed to do (plumbing, electrical…). I am constantly adding more qualified tradespeople to my list. I can assist with coordinating larger jobs requiring contractors and workers.
