What *has* changed is the pace.

I’m working reduced hours right now and being more intentional with the projects and timelines I take on.

Our little corner of Instagram will be quieter for a while, but I’m still here and always reachable through the our website, email, phone or DMs.

It’s that time again… 👋🏼

We’re officially signing off our social media for the off-season.

After a (very) full high-season for the Design Hall team, I’m leaning into a slower summer, time offline, and space to recharge before we head into the Fall of 2025.

Some positive highlights from 2025 that are bringing me joy:

→ Our website revamp is finally complete 🙌🏼 Be sure to check out our revamped services pages!

→ For the first time, we were nominated for a business award. Besides referrals, our online presence is a big reason for the studio’s success. We appreciate being recognized for our hard work 💪🏼

→ I’m looking forward to celebrating our 5-year company anniversary this coming July. Through high’s and lows, I’m proud of how far I’ve come and look forward to celebrating the next big one!

What does this mean for you?

The only change? We just won’t be posting here until late summer, but you may see us pop up on Stories.

Our corner of Instagram will be a little quieter, but business carries on as usual. :)

“If I want to build in late 2025 or early 2026 when would I need to start the custom home design process?”

We recommend reaching out to us approximately 6 months before you’re looking to break ground to provide us with enough time to,

→ Deeply understand the ins and outs of your project
→ Create a preliminary layout and exterior concept
→ Make necessary edits to the first draft
→ Get your pre-construction ducks in a row
→ Finalize any tweaks or changes before breaking ground

With custom design, this timeline varies depending on project complexity, your pace of decision making and the square footage of the blueprint design.

So if you’re looking to break ground in April/May/June, you should be reaching out to a residential designer as early as NOW to begin the home design process.
