“We can now use our stove.” That’s what she said on the walkthrough, and it tells you everything about how the old kitchen worked.
This one came to us by referral. A galley kitchen in a 1970s home, tight and awkward, with a layout that fought the people using it. We extended the counter to add drawers, built in a hidden spot for the keys and clutter that always end up out in the open, and brightened the whole room. Same footprint. It just finally makes sense to cook in.
A small kitchen isn’t always the problem. Sometimes it’s a kitchen that was never laid out to be used.
If yours feels too small, it may only need to be rethought, not torn out. Everything we build starts with a conversation, so send us a message when you’re ready to have one.
