What does it mean when a home truly reflects the person who built it? This book navigates just that for author, Shelley Klein who grew up in the Scottish Borders in a modernist, open-plan home (designed by architect Peter Womersley) for her father, celebrated textile designer, Bernat Klein.

The 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 was the result of a fusion between art, architecture and design, where detail was of utmost importance.
The 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 is an insightful exploration of the influence of a domestic setting on mind, spirit, and identity.
The 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 remains a beautiful reminder that great design outlasts trends, holds memory, and tells the story of who we are.
