Holyrood’s newest infill project celebrates Edmonton’s identity as a winter city while adding thoughtfully designed housing to the neighborhood. This development features four spacious primary and four secondary suites, all equipped with on-site parking and uniquely bright balconies and patios.

Designed with community and livability in mind, the project balances density and charm, reflecting Holyrood’s established character while contributing to Edmonton’s growing need for sustainable housing solutions.
