Accent Infills introduced skinny homes to Edmonton with a desire to help more people enjoy the lifestyle mature communities have to offer while revitalizing older areas. Since we started in 2013, our small, creative and passionate team has built close to a hundred infill homes in Edmonton’s favorite neighborhoods.
We show up every day with this belief: “We are who we build for.” We live in mature neighborhoods ourselves and love them for the same reasons you do: big trees, walk-ability to local shops and restaurants, close proximity to downtown, and active community leagues, to name a few.
We want to help you get there, too, whether you’re taking a leap from renting or downsizing to be closer to the grandkids. We find old homes in neighborhoods where we would love to live and turn them into unique spaces.
We personally find the right lots at the right prices, and we design Accent homes in-house with a value-centric approach to ensure they are the right combination of form and function.
We believe in spending money where it counts and saving where it doesn’t, because that balance is what Accent’s homeowners ask for.
