Another electrical upgrade completed! ⚡

This home originally had an older Federal Pioneer 100A panel that was running out of space for the new renovations being completed throughout the property. We upgraded the existing panel to a new Siemens 100A panel, providing significantly more breaker capacity and room for future circuits while maintaining the existing 100A service.

Although the service size remained the same, the new panel gives the homeowner the flexibility needed to support renovation work, future upgrades, and improved overall reliability.

If your panel is full, outdated, or you’re planning renovations, it may be time to explore your options.

Service upgrade completed ⚡

This home originally had an older 70 amp overhead service with a Federal Pioneer panel. I upgraded the home to a new 100 amp service and installed a modern panel with significantly more space and capacity for future electrical needs.

Benefits of the upgrade included:
✔ Replacing the outdated Federal Pioneer panel
✔ Increased electrical capacity for today’s power demands
✔ Additional breaker space for future renovations and circuits
✔ Improved reliability and safety
✔ New overhead service equipment installed
