So, I was told to post more about what we are up to ! ... here we go for my yearly update !

We are working on a 32 apartment reconstruction, a 20 apartment renovation, trying to get a 96 unit started, also looking at a 124 suite reconstruction... and just got an offer accepted on a beautiful 6 unit to be fully gutted and renovated ! Anyone interested in looking at REI construction outside the box, don't hesitate to reach out ✌️.

Onto the next building!!👍 Pretty amazing when you are finishing up a 21 suite building and renovating another 5 suites in another location. Then the client gives you the green light for this one. We can’t wait to get this 23 apartment building complex cleaned up. Revitalizing Edmonton Apartment building one at a time. The Edmonton landscape is changing and creating a vacant building can create opportunity.
