The roof at 723 is looking incredible!

You may have noticed this home sat for a little while before construction continued and there was a very good reason. The homeowners chose a custom metal roofing product designed to look just like traditional shingles, and it was absolutely worth the wait!

This beautiful roofing gives the home the classic look of shingles while offering the durability and longevity of metal roofing. It’s a product that’s built to last for many, many years.

While we waited for the roofing to arrive, we made the decision not to move forward with the interior construction until the home was completely watertight. Protecting the home and the work that goes into it is always more important than rushing the process.

Sometimes custom takes a little longer but when it turns out like this, it’s easy to see why it’s worth the wait.

Big progress at 1215!

Framing is officially complete, the windows and doors are installed, and rough-ins are well underway. HVAC and plumbing are finished, with electrical coming up next.

This is such an exciting stage of the build because so much is happening both inside the walls and throughout the home.
the structure enclosed and the mechanical work moving along, 1215 is really starting to come together!

We’re getting closer to possession at 814!

The exterior of the garage is complete, and inside, the lighting and ceiling fans have been installed. These finishing details are really bringing everything together and making the home feel more complete every day.

Not much longer now until 814 is ready to welcome its homeowners!

There’s something pretty special about having family be part of the building process. ❤️

During this homeowner’s electrical walk-through, her kids came from as far as Vancouver to walk through the home with their mom.

A new home is about so much more than the walls going up, it’s about the people who will gather there and the memories that will be made inside. We love getting to see families share these moments together.
