Why does infill matter? So many reasons! Creating vibrant neighbourhoods, reducing urban sprawl, utilizing mature vegetation in existing neighbourhoods..but it also allows some amazing opportunities for generating passive income - Basement suites, duplexes, lane way housing - there are so many ways to make your lot work for you! We’re still in love with this kitchen from our recently completed Park Allen build! These clients love to cook and specifically requested an elevated, highly functional kitchen complete with this gorgeous range, stainless steel countertops, and tile right up to the ceiling. The perfect place to cook up a storm. And, of course, vibrant green cabinetry is just icing on the cake 😍

🔵Blue🔵 lego inspired bathroom from our recent Windsor Park build. Every kid deserves a little fun in their space! We love incorporating that bit of ✨woooow cool✨ into every custom build. Thanks to for these fantastic cabinets which perfectly completed the look.

The beautiful thing about a totally custom home is the truly unique vision we get to see from each individual client. There is such a variety! These clients love plants, so we created an atrium complete with a small hose bib for convenient watering. They also put their industrial design skills to use and created these amazing 🌺fuscia🌺 railings. The result: a one of a kind home that helps them do more of the things they love every day.

We are thrilled with how this LEGO themed bathroom turned out at our Windsor Park build. Bold blue walls paired with custom cabinetry creates a playful and exciting experience for folks of all ages.

We are wrapping up at our Windsor Park build, we still have a garage suite to finish! This accessibility-focused home provides a flexible layout for long term lifestyle adaptability with a zero curb shower and spacious bedroom on the main floor. The overall aesthetic is minimal with intentional pops of color and texture including coral kitchen cabinets, terrazzo tile and sage backsplash tiles in the ensuite. The bathrooms in this home will get a much deserved post of their own - stay tuned! Oh, did we mention there is also an entire 3 bedroom basement suite with a sunny walkout patio? More to come…

We are checking off our final to-do’s at our ‘Bramble Lane’ build in Parkallen! A timeless take on modern farmhouse, this open concept home features cozy finishes throughout, plenty of space for a growing family and offers a generous basement suite with a walkout patio for tenants or extended family (see the last 3 pics).
