🏗️ Form Foam basement package going up just outside Qu’Appelle!

For those wondering what Form Foam is — it’s an insulated concrete wall system that gives you a stronger, warmer basement compared to traditional poured walls. The foam stays in place permanently, acting as built-in insulation.

You can also see the exterior waterproofing being applied and the gravel drainage bed along the footer — both critical steps that protect your investment for decades.

A new addition to hole #8 at the beautiful Katepwa Beach Golf Club at Katepwa Lake. One of the nicest golf courses in Saskatchewan! #8 is a perfect hole to drive the ball as far as you can with a nice dog leg right to the green! ⛳️
