Giving back feels extra important this time of year ❤️

Throughout December, members of our team have been helping volunteer their time & collect donations at the Hope Store in support of The Mustard Seed Street Church. It’s a simple but meaningful way to give back during the holidays.

The Hope Store is a holiday pop-up where you can make a donation in a loved one’s name and receive a Christmas card to share your gift. Every donation helps support The Mustard Seed’s programs and the people they serve in our community.

There’s still time to stop by. The Hope Store is open at Mayfair until Dec. 24 and located in front of Talbots & Best Buy.

Thank you to everyone who has donated, volunteered, or stopped to say hello. Community support like this really does matter.

A couple of days ago, the CEO of our extended family, the Pro-Claim Group, Tony Scott, was featured on the KnowHow Podcast with Leighton T Healey. 😮

Tony shared some real, down-to-earth insights about the challenges of managing a diverse team, from Victoria all the way to Calgary. With over 40 years of experience, he’s learned a thing or two about keeping things running smoothly while staying true to what really matters—supporting the crew and sticking to local values.

His message? Embrace the tough times—they’re what help you grow. And when it comes to leading a team, there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. It’s about finding what works best for you.

If you’re into straight-up advice from someone who’s been there, this episode is worth a listen. Check it out here: https://bit.ly/3ACppLe

In the final episode of season two of the Restoration Playbook Podcast Leighton Healey sits down with Tony Scott, forty-year industry veteran and CEO of Pro-Claim Group, a member of the GUS network...
