Something in our house has changed… 🤍
You wouldn’t notice it right away.
It’s not loud or obvious.
But it’s in the little things… the everyday routines… the stuff you don’t usually think twice about.
I didn’t expect such a small shift to feel this different.
Less of somethings we were used to…
more of something we didn’t even realize we were missing.

If you’ve been following me for a while, you might remember I set a reading goal at the beginning of 2025—1 book a month. I somehow ended the year at 26 🙈
Fast forward to this year… and honestly? It’s been a bit of a reading slump. Nothing has really hooked me the same way, and I’m currently sitting at 7 books.
I don’t usually reach for “life glow-up books”… but hello Mel Robbins and the Let Them Theory 👀
I’m a historical fiction girl through and through, but I figured maybe I needed to switch things up…
So I finally picked up Atomic Habits. Yes, I know—I’m late to the party (2018 😅), but it’s been on and off my TBR forever, so here we are.
So I’m leaning into something different and seeing where it takes me.
Has anyone read this one? What did you think? 📚

No perfect house.
No perfect routine.
No perfectly curated life.
Most days? They’re actually pretty simple.
Sweeping up endless dog hair 🐾
Trying (and sometimes failing) to stay on top of laundry
Meal planning… or at least thinking about it
Sleeping in whenever I can
Not every day is exciting — and that’s real life.
What you see online isn’t always the everyday. Around here, we’re choosing simple, easy, and cozy over everything else ✨
Swapping in better-for-us products from the wellness store, ordering meal kits to take the pressure off the week, and just doing what works for us.

Like you should be posting more, sharing more, doing more…
and if you’re not, the algorithm just buries you.
It’s exhausting.
But here’s where I’m at: I’m not here to keep up with an algorithm. I’m here to show up in a way that actually fits my life—and that’s going to look different every day.
Some seasons are loud, some are quiet… and both are valid.
So whether you’re new here or you’ve an OG, I am genuinely so grateful your here. 🤍
