We're hiring an Office Assistant!

EEL is looking for an organized and reliable Office Assistant to help with daily office operations, customer communication, invoicing, and administrative support.

This position may begin as part-time with the potential to grow into full-time hours. Wage will depend on skills, experience, and ability to take on responsibilities.

Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting customers, reviewing job ticket submissions, creating invoices in QuickBooks, pricing materials, assisting with TSASK permits, organizing receivables and payables, submitting invoices through customer portals, comparing time sheets to job tickets, and keeping the office organized.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, comfortable learning new computer systems, and able to work independently once trained. Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, or general office administration is an asset, but training will be provided for industry-specific tasks.

Position Details:

Part-time to full-time hours available
Wage dependent on skills and experience
