No road access? No problem—we’ll make it happen. 🚤🔨

This cottage project came with an added logistical challenge: the property isn’t accessible by car, so materials and tools had to be transported across the water by boat.

Once on site, our team replaced the existing 8' and 6' patio doors, ensuring both were properly levelled, insulated and sealed. We also removed an unused exterior door, framed and insulated the opening, and completed the interior drywall and exterior finishing.

What a difference a roof makes! 🏠🔨

Big progress on our Dashwood cottage build! With the roof now shingled, this project is really starting to take shape — and it’s amazing how one stage can completely change the look of a home.

Deck season is well underway—and we still have lots more to go! ☀️

This recently completed Bayfield project began with the demolition, removal and disposal of an existing deck, including the old framing, decking and a sandbox.

In its place, our team constructed a pressure-treated deck complete with new framing and a Vista aluminum railing system. We also assembled and installed the pergola and adjusted the existing water runoff to help direct drainage away from the foundation where practical.

From demolition and debris removal to the final cleanup and walkthrough, we’re proud of how this outdoor living space came together!
