WE’RE HIRING WINTER EQUIPMENT OPERATORS
Loader, tractor and skidsteer Operators
Salt and plow truck operators
Sidewalk machine and snow shovelling positions available as well.
Winter might still feel a long way off, but we’re already putting together our snow team for the upcoming season.
If you’re looking to make some extra money this winter, this can be a great part-time opportunity — especially for someone who works a regular daytime job.
Starting wage: $25–$30/hour based on experience.
No snow removal experience? We’re willing to train the right people. If you already have equipment or snow removal experience, we’re prepared to pay accordingly.
We also offer the opportunity to earn an additional Season Completion & Performance Bonus based on safe operation, reliability, punctuality, taking care of equipment and customer properties, quality of work, and successfully completing the season with our team.
Typical snow-day hours are approximately 3:00 Am to 7 Am
The goal is to have our commercial properties cleared and ready before the business day begins. For many operators, that means getting your route finished and still being able to head to your regular job afterward.
Of course, snow doesn’t run on a schedule. If it continues throughout the day, operators may be asked to return for additional clearing and cleanup. Weekend availability is also important, and we ask our operators to be available whenever possible when weekend storms arise.
Come be part of one of Huron County’s largest snow removal operations.
We’ve built a substantial commercial snow operation, with a lot of equipment on the road and a team that takes pride in getting the job done properly. When a storm hits, it’s all hands on deck — and there’s something pretty satisfying about seeing an entire operation come together while most people are still sleeping.
We’re looking for dependable people who show up, take care of equipment, work safely and take pride in leaving a property looking right.
If that sounds like you, we’d like to hear from you.
Send us a message with your contact information and a little bit about your work and equipment experience.
Feel free to share this post with someone who might be a good fit. Winter will be here before we know it, and we’re building the crew now.
