PASSING THE TORCH — A NEW CHAPTER

During Sunday’s retirement celebration for Jim and Donna Hoffman, it was announced that effective Friday, May 29, 2026, T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home will transition to ownership under Haskett Funeral Homes Ltd.

After three generations of dedicated service to the Dashwood community, the Hoffman family is pleased to see the funeral home continue under another local family with deep roots in the area.

As part of this transition, funeral home operations at our Zurich location will conclude effective the same date.

Over the past 10 years, it has been a true privilege to serve families throughout Zurich and the surrounding area. We are deeply grateful for the trust and support shown to our family and team.

By bringing our teams and resources together, we believe we can continue to provide families throughout the area with the compassionate and personal care they deserve for many years to come.

We look forward to continuing to serve families from Dashwood, Zurich, and the surrounding communities through our locations in Dashwood, Exeter, Lucan, and Seaforth, as well as through churches, community centres, and other facilities chosen by the families we are honoured to assist.
