If you’ve ever wondered what actually goes into building a floor strong enough to hold up an entire garage addition, this is it. 🏗️

These are the core slabs at Casa Blanca, and setting them is equal parts heavy machinery and careful precision. The crane does the muscle work while the crew guides each slab into exactly the right place, and once they’re locked in, you’ve got a base that’s incredibly strong, perfectly level, and ready for everything that comes next.

Days like this are a good reminder that the parts of a home you’ll never see are often the ones doing the most work.

This home got a full exterior transformation, but the real story is what you can’t see. 💨🪟

New windows, soffit, fascia, siding, doors, and a back addition all came together here. Underneath it all, we focused on air-tightness, ventilation, and proper sealing.

With Ontario summers getting smokier every year, a well-sealed, well-ventilated home isn’t just about efficiency. It’s about keeping the air inside clean and comfortable.

Welcome to our client’s home. 👋

Tucked into Grimsby Beach with a stunning view over Lake Ontario, this home was designed to feel right at home among the Painted Ladies, the colourful heritage cottages the neighbourhood is known for.

Welcome to project 45 🏡

We’re undertaking a complete interior and exterior transformation and adding an attached garage with a second-floor ADU.
