We’re proud to say another Tucker Homes project is officially complete. 🏡

We broke ground on this sunroom addition in August 2025, on a property set along the Niagara Escarpment.

That sunroom was just the start. The second phase moved outdoors with a pool, a gazebo, and a garage addition, and all of it is now finished.

We’ll let the owners take it from here, so stay tuned for a word from our clients. 👀

Good design works with the land, not against it. 🌲

On this estate, a covered breezeway links the detached garage to the main house, framed against the trees behind it. The grade slopes just enough to open up a full drive-out basement beneath the garage.

That lower level has its own overhead door, so the owners can drive straight in to store the lawn tractor, the ATVs, and whatever else the property needs.

A personal sanctuary begins with craftsmanship you can trust. 🏗️

Our clients opted for ZIP R, a continuous insulated sheathing that wraps the whole structure in one consistent thermal and water barrier.

That level of envelope isn’t standard code for a garage. They wanted it to match the performance of the main house, so we built it to the same standard.

You can only ignore a problem like this for so long. 🌧️  This home featured a flat roof around the back & side, but over time, water leakage became a problem that we could no longer avoid. If there’s one thing we tell homeowners, it’s that these problems don’t get cheaper or smaller the longer you leave them.
