A look at one of our Niagara-on-the-Lake designs taking shape. 🏡
We’ve been following the progress of this custom bungalow throughout construction and capturing a few of the stages along the way as the drawings become a home.
The design combines a prominent timber-framed front entry, stone and vertical siding exterior details, an attached two-car garage, and a covered rear porch overlooking the treed property.
Inside, the main floor was designed around an open kitchen, eating area and great room, with a separate dining room and a spacious primary suite. Downstairs, the finished basement adds even more living space, including a recreation area and wet bar.
There’s still work to be done, but it’s been great seeing the details come together on site. We’re looking forward to sharing the finished home soon.
