Branched Out Carpentry – Employee Search
Position Requirements:
• Experience: A couple of years of carpentry experience, including hands-on work with residential or commercial projects.
• Independence: Ability to work effectively alone, take initiative, and manage tasks from start to finish without constant supervision.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong people skills, including clear communication, professionalism, and a positive attitude when interacting with clients, team members, and suppliers.
• Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of identifying challenges on the job and finding effective solutions.
• Physical Capability: Able to handle the physical demands of carpentry work, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in varying conditions.
• Tools and Transportation: Own basic tools and reliable transportation to job sites (preferred but negotiable).
