Cream shaker doors, black hardware, and a whole lot of afternoon sun.

Wall ovens in a tall unit, a hood boxed in to match the cabinets, and a light wood island to warm the room up.

Doors like these don't go out of style. Simple, solid and easy to live with.

Black walnut, start to finish.

Rough boards come into the shop, we cut them to size, and they leave as a kitchen. Every door and panel on this one was built here in Fort McMurray.

Before it's a kitchen, it's a pile of rough boards on our shop floor.

This load of walnut got sorted, picked for grain and cut down at the saw before anything got glued up. Swipe to see where it ended up.

Picking boards is slow work. It's also the part you look at every day once it's in your house, so we take our time.

Shop days are good days.

This one's a favourite from the last little while.

Walnut flat-panel doors, white tops, and long gold pulls on every drawer. Tall pantry cabinets on one wall, a big island with room for three stools, and a coffee station with a built-in beverage fridge tucked off to the side.

Every box was built in our shop here in Fort McMurray and installed by the same crew that built it.

Swipe through for the details. Indigenous-owned, built right here at home.

Every bathroom's a little different, so we put everything we can build for one into a single book.

The Vanity Book is our design team's guide to every vanity option: sizes and layouts, linen towers, door styles from slab to fluted, drawer organizers, colours and wood species, hardware, tops and sinks.

It's how we walk through a vanity with you. Pick what suits the room, then we turn it into shop drawings and build it here in Fort McMurray.

Want to go through it? Book a design consult: [email protected] or 780-370-4011.

Timeless design. Natural beauty. Built to last.
There’s something about slab walnut cabinetry that will never go out of style. The rich, natural grain, warm tones, and clean lines create a kitchen that’s both modern and timeless.
Paired with crisp white countertops, subtle gold hardware, and a stunning oversized island, this kitchen proves that sometimes the wood itself is all the statement you need.
At Aurora Cabinets Ltd., we believe a beautiful kitchen shouldn’t just look incredible today — it should look just as good 20 years from now.
📍 Proudly crafted in Fort McMurray, Alberta.
