Hi all,

After a much needed little break, I wish you all a happy new year and all the best in 2026.

Over the break we made up a new crane to move heaters more efficiently and I’ve added a new one to the arsenal making that 3, 350k btu frost fighters. They rent daily, hourly or for the bigger jobs where the belly insulation is removed and its -100 outside. They’ll thaw frozen sewer lines & water lines making that crawl space as hot as africa!

Our top of the line 3M heat trace will make sure that main water line never freezes and we have one heck of a record for that!

All our belly bag repairs are done so good as factory and with a R-value of 40. Thats 1’ thick insulation!

We have our buddy Mike, a journeyman plumber on speed dial for any major plumbing repairs. He’s the best, extremely knowledgeable and most reasonably priced in town! So with that, we offer Poly B water line to Pex replacement and also smaller scale in-house plumbing repairs, drain sloping, heat tracing and insulating.

Also before that spring thaw, be sure to check your concrete foundations for leaks. Our concrete guy with 20 years experience will handle any foundation crack repairs. We have done hundreds with 0 call backs or issues.

A complete underbelly repair from a broken washing machine which flooded the house. This was a tough job as the start of our week was -30 or below but the heater never let us down. 5 days start to finish another one for the books!

Guys we’ve been over the moon busy these past couple weeks but I can’t stress enough about cheaping out on heat trace. Here’s a rona/ homehardware, homeowner-diy heat trace as I call it melted together and smoking when we found it. This stuff is cheap and junk. Possibly burn your house down! It’s just not worth it. Leave it to the professionals and have proper high quality heat trace installed. Not only will it last longer and be more effective but you’ll sleep better at night knowing it’s done properly and less headaches!

Our last insulated kit of the season. With winter just around the corner we finished this one up and move on to our winter program. We won’t be doing anymore skirtings or levelling until spring. Right now we are focusing on our belly bags, insulation & heat trace. We have frost fighter/ heaters available for those frozen lines and will be ready to assist in any issues underneath going forward. Thanks to our awesome customers over the summer for a busy season. Another rapid wall kit with faux stone and levelling banged off. Moving the deck wasn’t an option so we installed our insulated skirting behind the tin/deck for a fully insulated skirting! 💪

Hey All, just wanted to reach out with a scam we’ve been seeing. Within the last few years there’s a company or fly by nighter going around installing a Mylar tin foil material to the underside of the home against the belly bag. It’s stapled on and half assed taped. It does absolutely nothing for the homes well being or insulating value. The issue we have with it is when called out for potential leaks we can’t find them with the moisture meter because this mylar tin sets off the moisture meter 100% wet. To find leaks we have to remove the tin and do our checks against the original belly bag material. There’s a lot of scams on the go these days and usually cheap work isn’t good and good work isn’t cheap. If you want it done right call the guys who do it best. Just a heads up if anyone offers this mylar tin to you please avoid it!
