We’re excited to announce our Easter Coloring Contest (all ages welcome)

🌨️ Brace yourselves — another deep freeze is here! 🌨️

With temperatures dropping again, it’s a good time to check in on your home.

Remember, just because there are no stains on your ceiling doesn’t mean there isn’t an issue in the attic. During the next cold snap, remove your attic hatch and take a look inside.

A thin, shiny layer of frost on the roof sheathing is completely normal in extreme cold. However, thick frost buildup, ice formation, or snow-like accumulation is a strong indicator of excess moisture and a potential condensation problem.

If your attic looks anything like the photos below, it’s best to have it checked before it turns into a larger repair.

Just a heads up — this year has brought heavier snowfall, and roof snow removal is especially important.

Blocked roof vents can cause serious issues once temperatures rise. To avoid potential leaks or damage, we recommend arranging snow removal as soon as possible.
