We're looking forward to another great day of golf, networking, prizes, food, and community support, all in support of Indigenous education, wellness, training, and employment initiatives across Canada.

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our team in Fort McMurray for upcoming and ongoing projects.

Positions Available:
• CWB or B Pressure Certified Welders
• Carpenter Journeyman or Apprentice 3rd/4th year
• Journeyman Electricians
• Electrical Apprentices
• Skilled Labourer
• Equipment Operator-Light (Calgary and Edm Area)

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Relevant trade certification (as applicable)
• Valid safety tickets (CSO, CSTS, etc. preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment
• Oil sands or industrial experience is considered an asset

📍 Location:
• Fort McMurray, Alberta
• Preference will be given to local applicants

May 5th - Red Dress Day

It's meant to honour and raise awareness for missing and murdered Indigenous women, girls and two-spirit people.

It holds deep significance for us as an Indigenous-owned company. It is a day of reflection, a time to acknowledge the injustices and harms experienced by Indigenous people, and to reaffirm our ongoing journey toward truth, justice, and reconciliation.

Rooted in Indigenous values, we understand our responsibility to lead with integrity. We are committed to uplifting our communities and ensuring that our work respects the rights, histories, and voices of all Indigenous peoples.

Today reminds us that our mission goes beyond business, it is about creating lasting, positive change.

Today, April 28, marks the National Day of Mourning, a day to remember and honour those who have lost their lives, been injured, or made ill due to workplace incidents.

At Radium North, we pause to reflect and stand with all the families, friends, and coworkers affected by these tragedies. Our thoughts are with you today and always.

This day is also a reminder of the importance of safety in everything we do. Every worker deserves to return home safely at the end of the day.

When the U18 BAEL Team has a game scheduled for the first week of May, and Mother Nature gave us the most snow ever this winter - we at Radium try our best to help the team with making this snow disappear faster! 🤞🏼
