Today, on the National Day of Mourning, we pause to remember workers who have been killed, injured, or made ill because of their work.

For ECANB and our member contractors, this day is a powerful reminder that safety must remain at the centre of everything we do — on every jobsite, in every community, and in every conversation about our industry.

ECANB will be participating in the Saint John ceremony by laying a wreath in honour of those workers and their families. We remember their lives, acknowledge the lasting impact on loved ones and coworkers, and recommit ourselves to preventing future workplace tragedies.

Today, and every day, we renew our commitment to safer workplaces for all.
