Another glass block window gone. 👋
Removed the old block window and installed a new energy-efficient vinyl window. A much cleaner look that lets in far more natural light.
Block windows are a pain to remove carefully especially when tile flooring and 8 grand whirlpool bath are directly under it.

What started as a tiny deck extension quickly snowballed into a full backyard transformation!

We ended up completely renovating the deck, building a custom deck around the pool, adding privacy walls, and installing a railing around the pool to help keep the kids safe.

We also split up the deck in front of the door to create a bold 6’ wide walking path, giving the whole space a more open and intentional layout.

From start to finish, the entire transformation took just 5 days. It was a big change in a short amount of time, but wow… what a transformation! 🔨

Out with the old and in with the new. 🔨

This patio door had been leaking for years, causing major rot in the surrounding framing and rim joist. We removed all damaged material, rebuilt the affected area properly, installed a brand new patio door, and finished it off with fresh trim for a clean, watertight finish.

Sometimes the damage you can’t see is the most important part of the job.

From just a mock up to to real life designs.

Wrapped up this 20’x12’ pressure treated deck featuring dual staircases and a custom privacy wall designed to flow seamlessly with the overall layout. Clean lines, solid construction, and a design that adds both function and privacy without taking away from the space.

Ran into some rot we repaired in then kept on pushing,

Another one in the books.

Just in time for them to enjoy summer nights around a propane fire place on!
