Long before Parsons Group, there was a little boy who wanted to learn how everything worked. 🛠️

And luckily, Colby had a Pop who was always willing to show him.

Tools, construction, landscaping, fixing things, figuring things out and, maybe most importantly, understanding the value of hard work.

Those early lessons helped shape the way Colby approaches his work today and ultimately played a part in building Parsons Group into what it is now.

Over the next little while, we're going to be sharing more of Colby's story, from the early days to some of the projects, people and moments that helped get Parsons Group here.

Apparently Buster takes his role in quality control VERY seriously. 😂

Topsoil so soft, he figured he might as well roll around and get comfortable. 10/10 from Buster. Not quite the same rating from Colby when he realized bath time was now on today’s to-do list. 🐶

For Colby, it all started at just 13 years old.

What began as a way to create employment for himself has grown into Parsons Group and a team of people he’s incredibly proud to work alongside every day.

One of the best parts of building this business? Watching people find the roles they’re great at, grow into them and truly shine.

From starting young to building something bigger than himself, it’s been quite the journey, and there’s still lots more ahead. 👏
