Rain from the first tool to the last screw. 🌧️🔨

Spent the entire day working under the rain on this beautiful property and honestly… there are worse offices to have. The sound of the rain in the trees, the peaceful atmosphere, and one incredibly chill client made the whole experience enjoyable despite the weather.

Sometimes these projects are not just about the build itself, but about the vibe, the people, and the place you get to work in for a day.

First Nootka build in the Gatineau area 🔥

Every first comes with a bit of learning, adapting, and figuring things out, but this one came together exactly how it should. Smooth process, solid build, and an incredible setting by the water.

It’s always a good sign when you finish a project already looking forward to the next one.

Big thank you to the Nootka team for the continued trust, 3 years in since my first build, and still going strong. Proud to be part of it.

2 generations, same standard 🔥.

These are Nootka Saunas at the Nordik HQ. One is over 5 yrs old and the other is brand new. Both slightly modified for transportation to Shows ans Expos.

Side by side ... you can barely tell the difference. Just some small discoloration due to weathering. That's what consistency, quality craftsmanship and attention to details looks like over time.

The teak at Nootka builds for the long haul.

Queensway Terrace North Transformation 🔨✨

Another solid project wrapped up and ready to be enjoyed.

We started by removing the old, worn-out fence and clearing up the entire side yard to give the space a fresh foundation. From there, we installed a brand-new fence and gate, bringing both privacy and a clean, modern look to the property.

To elevate the space even further, we built a custom wooden deck—perfectly positioned for comfort and function—and completed the setup with the installation of the client’s new hot tub.

The result? A fully refreshed outdoor area designed for relaxation and entertaining.

The client is extremely happy with the outcome and already planning the next phases of improvements—always a great sign that the vision is coming together.
