There’s nothing worse than a leaky roof!

Just 8 years after having their roof replaced by another contractor, the homeowners were experiencing water entering the house at times, as well as water leaking through the soffit and fascia.

The more we opened things up, the more issues that we found! The back eaves were completely rotted out due to improper installation methods by the previous contractor.
Thankfully, we were able to get the repairs completed and install new shingles, fascia board, aluminum fascia, and soffit before the structural members of the roof suffered any further damage.

Great job by the crew getting the job done safely and efficiently once again.
