Shop build Grandforks BC 2025-2026.

30' x 40'
12ft. Walls ontop of 2ft out of grade foundation wall. Vaulted ceilings, mezzanine, soon to be bathroom, fireplace, lift ready, 12 x 12 and 10 x 12 front doors, 8 x 8 side door, 100 amp service. This shop is setup to work or play.

This was to date the most in depth, exciting, fun, skill testing, and lengthy job we have done to date for RedHouse.
I cant say thanks enough to the wonderful clients that took a chance on us to build them a shop that dreams are made of and in. Clients like this is why we do this job, we are proud to work for you and with you and we consider you family now. Thank you.

First shot at concrete countertops went pretty well. Big thanks to the whole redhouse team. Certainly not a one or two man job, more hands make light work. Super happy with how they turned out for everyones first time. Using countertop solutions plastic forms made the difference.

Finally, A red house done by RedHouse. We think it turned out pretty great. The colors compliment each other very nice especially the wood gable detail that we added to make it just right.

This house is all fibercement siding and trims, color is country lane red paired with black gentek soffits and fascias and a beautiful cedar wood detail that we built. ( the stone looks great to, we just didnt do it! )

Another summer project off the list in Grand Forks BC. This awesome house prior to being as awesome had vinyl siding and a bit of a thermal bridging problem that showed itself of the old siding. We demo'd all of that, and installed a weather barrier is the form of continuous polystyrene insulation to help with the air infiltration through the wall of the home and also increase R value to make this home more efficient while slowing the thermal bridge. Then we slapped some hardie light mist board and batten on the place and made this little gem shine.

To whom it may concern, if you have reached out to us. We will get back to you if possible but patience at this time of the year is great appreciated as we often are working 6 to 7 days a week to care for customers jobs we currently are doing as well as spending time with our families. This year has been a whirlwind and we are busier now then ever before. This will slow and we will get back to the patience, friendly folks waiting because you are the best and we want to do some cool jobs for you. If you cant be patient or friendly thats okay to, as long as you like being told to f**k off. Politely .. probably. (Calm down, its a joke. 😘)

Getting behind on project post as we have been so busy. This is a bathroom we renovated back in june, full wet room with floor drain. Separated shower and standup tub. Beautiful porcelain tile throughout with all black fixtures really set this bathroom off. This was not our usual outside job but we left no stone unturned to complete the amazing bathroom.
