Sharon got a new closet with glass panel bifolds and accordion style door , a ramp for her pup, and a new screen door entry for her front porch. Also did a tongue and groove cedar ceiling but somehow forgot to get a picture of that.

Grand Forks Station Pub

This 130+ year old building had not been painted since the early 90's. And it showed! Thankfully, the owners Ken and Kristie, decided it was time to spruce up this beautiful heritage building, so rich in Grand Forks history. After having the entire building re-roofed it was time for us to do our part!
We started with a thorough pressure wash, followed by copious amounts of scraping, filling sanding and caulking, then we cut out and replaced anything that was too far gone to save. And finally we got to painting. Thankfully Ken's eye for colour is impeccable so he was able to help us pick out the perfect pallet of colours to stick with the heritage scheme but also enrich and enhance the building. We also added a new outdoor kitchen for the cooks to work their brisket magic!
It was a pleasure to work with such great people at one of my favorite places in town!

This beautiful wellness spa started out as 2 separate stores. Terri, the owner had a vision and tasked us to make it a reality. We removed walls to join the two buildings into 1, created multiple private & quiet spaces for Terri to provide an array of therapeutic treatments, a beautiful storefront, bathroom facilities, yoga studio and more. We appreciated the opportunity to collaborate with Terri, the heart and soul of this spa, Kire from G-Forx Plumbing, and Cory and James from Marker Electric to bring her vision to fruition. Excited and grateful doesn’t even begin to capture how I’m feeling. I can’t wait to share this space with all of you soon!

A rainy November trip out to Powell River to help our good friend Mike at MRL Custom Carpentry with this wrap around cedar deck.
Spectacular ocean views at this jobsite made all the rain and hard work well worth it.

Migs' bathroom Oct 2024.
We took out the Freestanding tub as it was not functioning well for the homeowners needs. We built an alcove to install a tiled walk in shower with sliding glass doors. We also changed out the vanity with an antique that Migs' had been saving for this project (a nice personal touch). Then a fresh paint job throughout and voila!
