We are so very excited to announce, Kelsey recently passed her Red Seal Carpentry exam! It's been a long and sometimes emotional journey for her (and us) as she has worked towards this goal for the past 6 years. We have watched her grow into a knowledgeable trades woman, not only in carpentry but also in tile, paint, concrete, and roofing. She has become an important part of our company both on the jobsite and at tradeshows, always willing to help and also puts up with a lot of our BS! Congratulations Kelsey!

Welcome to "South Hollow"! Yep, we are building this house smack in the middle of the hollow between 2 rocks (basically🤣). This site has had many challenges already, forcing us and our trades to think carefully about how we build in this location. But here we are! ICF XR35 foundation is in and we are all done with concrete! We are excited to be moving forward and can't wait to show you more as we build up!
PS....we have an opening in 2025 to build a new home, now is the time to contact us to begin planning!

So proud of this woman! Kelsey has passed her Block 4 Carpentry exam! She is growing everyday in her knowledge and skills and we have been blessed to have her with us on jobsites and at the trade shows!

What a fantastic way to end 2023! Except for a few small things to finish up this house...its done! We took the time today to do our final blower door test and we are very happy with the .33ACH 50 result! We really have to thank all the wonderful companies and fantastic products we use to help us get to the end point! And we have amazing trades who work with us to make sure we get the best installs as well! Happy 2024 to everyone.....we can't wait to start building the next one!
