With mixed emotions and tremendous gratitude Key to Safety is happy to share that Kim Neddo, our cofounder, has begun a new chapter.
As of September 1, Kim moved to Vernon and is beginning her transition into semi-retirement. While we will miss seeing her in the office each day, we are excited for her as she creates more time for the people, places and experiences she loves.
Kim’s practical, people-first approach has shaped Key to Safety from the beginning. Her commitment has always gone beyond policies and compliance: she believes every worker deserves to finish their day safely and return home to the people and activities they love. That belief has guided her work, strengthened our team and helped build lasting relationships with our clients.
Fortunately, this is not goodbye. Kim will continue conducting COR audits, contributing to special projects and providing operational support. She will also remain available to assist clients when needed and, thanks to technology, she is always just a Teams meeting away.
Our team is proud to carry Kim’s vision forward. We remain committed to supporting our clients with the personalized service, integrity and care that have always defined Key to Safety.
Please join us in congratulating Kim and wishing her every happiness in this well earned new chapter. We will miss her daily presence, but her influence will continue to be felt in everything we do.
