Position 1: Experienced Carpenter Tackle wide-ranging tasks: finishing, backframing, deck framing, and more Work safely at heights and around equipment (telehandler, skid steer on site) Deliver top-level quality workmanship every time Work independently or with the team to get jobs done efficiently Mentor and guide less experienced team members What we need: Several years of carpentry experience (Journeyman or cabinetmaker cert preferred, but all strong applicants considered), sharp problem-solving, physical fitness, own transportation + valid Class 5 license, punctual, reliable, and positive attitude. Position 2: Construction Labourer Operate and maintain equipment Prepare concrete slabs for pouring Assist carpenters with tasks as needed Handle general cleanup and material deliveries to sites Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship Work solo or in a team to complete tasks efficiently Help/train newer team members and apprentices What we need: Several years as a construction labourer, valid clean Class 5 driver's license, good problem-solving, safe work habits (team or alone), and physically fit for demanding work.
