If you know Kevin, the odds are you know who the real boss of Radey’s Renovation and Construction is! This is Kevin’s wife Joe! She is the one that keeps the whole company grounded and is the head of recruitment and employee development at Radey’s Renovation and Construction. Joe’s smile and incredible cheerful nature make her a true asset to the company and to Kevin’s life. Fun fact about Joe is that she can single-handedly out curl all the Radey boys..

Night two of the entrance model! Tonight we were able to put down more than half of the flooring. We got to the tricky cuts, I measured twice, I cut once and apparently, my measurements were backwards ... so we called it a night!! Maybe the boys have a point after all…. ;) ! Other than the one mess up, I think the floors are looking mighty fine! I’m excited to see how it will look after all the tricky cuts tomorrow…! let’s hope I don’t have more than I bargained for!!!! Somehow the Radey’s Renovation and Construction team makes all this work look so easy!

Well, the team likes to laugh at me because I am a social media guy and not a construction guy…. They always say that I can not even swing a hammer, and when I go to a site they always send me looking for things that don”t even exist…. (One day I will find a beam stretcher… -_- …) That being said, I am on a mission to prove to them that I can be a part of the construction crew!!!!! This week I will update this outdated entrance. I will take the 90’s out of the floor and install modern click flooring! Stay tuned for the progress and to see if I can actually pull it off!!! !

I would like to introduce a very important member of the Radey’s Renovation and Construction team. Everyone, meet Nicolas Gooderham. Nic is a vital part of the hard working team. He grew up on an island in Temagami, where he wore a work belt ( a little tongue twister for you … say that 3 times fast …. anyways back to Nic) from dusk to dawn. He has tons of experience and has done an incredible amount of carpentry work. Nic’s strong problem-solving abilities and the way he adjusts to any situation makes him a true asset. Fun fact about Nic, he is the team's product tester as he loves playing with all the new toys Kevin brings to the site!

Well, ladies and gentlemen, I do not in any way want to jinx this, but it looks as if spring has arrived! Now I know if it gets cold or snowy again I will be blamed for it, but my fingers are crossed that it won’t! Anyways… enough about my weather predictions and more about my building predictions. As I look into my crystal ball I see great things in your future. They all seem to revolve around that Beaver Home you have been waiting to build! Now is the time to get the planning in place! Marc Gagné is the newest member of the Radey’s Renovation and Construction Team. Marc is an up and coming carpentry specialist. He is incredibly smart, bilingual and shows a lot of potential. Marc is a man of few words, but big ideas. Fun Fact: Marc is now a master at staining wood! Look at the beautiful work!
