A little bit ago we installldd these devices on the front and back of our clients home
They are motion detectors that make all sorts of noise and light up if an animal goes on their roof.
This was all for a very stubborn raccoon.
First we got called out to installl some spikes to try and stop the racoon from climbing the trees Alonso the roof where they decided it was their own personal bathroom.
We cleand the roof and installed those and a few weeks later it was back again.
So the client got these off Amazon and we went back cleaned the roof again and installed these.
And they did exactly what we needed them to do!
So I'd you have a similar issue this code be an option to look into!

Spent rhe day yesterday out pressure washing every inch of this big deck & patio pavers at a clients to get it ready for viewing.
Also moved off all the oversized patio furniture cleaned it and moved it back when done, rubbed down all the glass windows that were green algae filled due to all the plants.
This is one beautiful property to work on.

Huge top & bottom deck we refinished last week.
Pressure washed it a few qeeks back and gave it time to dry out, and the week ended up being perfect for it.
Every peice was heavy sanded down. As its a 25 plus yesr old deck.
We had to replace the top railing a completly rotted out post.
Then we used exterior paint railings, posts & beam.
Then we used two coats of Dulux top quality stain on the whole top & bottom deck.
This all ensures a long lasting finish you can count on.
All done over a week & ready for when our clients move into their home.

Couple more things at this client's house done last week.
Took out an old beat up step and made a deck extension.
After digging out beneath it adding 3/4 clear for and disposing od the soil to create a drainage bed for this moist back area.
Built the this hard top gazebo and re rupted her downspouts to a much better position then running across her pathway.

A couple weeks back we redid all the gardens, added mulch, dug out too gigantic gardens in the middle of the lawn fille them with soil and nodded, took out a giant planter and the soil inside that was 10x5 and a fe feet deep, dug out a gravel base for a shd and disposed of the dirt. Built the shed. And a bunch of other little things.

Client wa an absolute pleasure to work for and we look forward to the next project

A job we recently did, replaced the landscape fabric underneath with our much stronger and more resilient fabric.
Then installed 2.5 yards of peastone under this deck and leveled it out.
This day was hard on the back! But nothing we couldn't Handle.

Check out some bwfore and afters of this big project we worked on this week.
Full backyard makeover.
Doing edged out cleaned up all the gardens and fresh mulch.
Tore out a tree and dug out the area releveel , and added stone to make a pad for a shed we put together and installl3d.
Tore out some large garden beds filled with fresh soil, leveled it all out and installed some sod.
Dug out beside the deck and added landscape cloth( we supply) and made a drainage area for her very wet backyard.
Well be back at this house to install a gazebo and do a small deck extension, and some downspouts repair work.
