To achieve the size of the ensuite that was envisioned, we had to remove a wall, move the doorway and add a barn door, reinforce all our joists to move the toilet and vanity to the new back wall and run all new plumbing and electrical.

Bathroom #2 of 2 in this house. After stealing some space from the main bathroom, we were able to create this jaw dropping luxurious primary ensuite bathroom, featuring a curb-less dual shower and double vanity with heated floors. You could even control the heated floors from your phone.

Before and After of Bathroom #1 of 2 in this home. To create a functional ensuite we stole some of the space from this bathroom. With a well thought out plan and top notch ex*****on, we were left with a bathroom that still had tons of space and looked beautiful.

A little before and after of one of our favourite kitchens to date. We had to reconfigure the layout of the main floor to achieve an open concept kitchen/dining room/living room. After removing two load bearing walls and moving a few windows and doors we were able to install this beautiful kitchen and it turned out even better than we could imagine.
