We’re honoured to celebrate three wins at this year’s Ontario Home Builders’ Association Awards of Distinction!

• New Home Bathroom - South River Model Home
• High or Mid-Rise Condo Suite Kitchen - Northside Two-Storey Model Home
• Additional Dwelling Unit / Secondary Suite - South River Roslyn Accessory Apartment

These awards are especially meaningful as we celebrate our 25th anniversary. For a quarter century, we’ve been proud to create thoughtfully designed homes and communities, and it’s incredibly special to have that work recognized in such a milestone year.

A huge thank you to our incredible team and trusted trade partners whose talent, craftsmanship and dedication bring our homes to life every day.

Here’s to 25 years of building with pride and to what’s ahead!

More than a decade ago, Arkell Lofts made its mark in Guelph.

Three years later, The Roslyn continues to be one of our most celebrated homes in the community and is available to build on our remaining extra-deep lots, offering the opportunity to make this design your own.
