Our mission is to create beautiful, healthy landscapes and very happy customers while using techniques and tools that work to establish ecological diversity and stability. As a husband and wife team, we understand family needs and the value of having an outdoor space to enjoy and share. We also understand the value of legacy – we want our actions to have a lasting positive impact. We believe that

taking care of our landscapes, and yours, is one way that we can create a legacy together. Curtis brings 14 years of landscaping experience to our company. He has worked in river restoration and erosion control. This work demanded creative, on the spot problem solving – this attitude and ability has been integrated into our approach at Estate of the Art Landscapes. Curtis’ experience in residential landscaping means that he is familiar with the challenges of residential landscapes and understands the best ways in which to meet the need of residential clients. Kate has an Organic Land Care education from Gaia College, where she has learned the fundamentals of organic land care. Kate also has 10 years of experience in providing excellent customer service and is adept at deciphering and responding to customer needs. Much of Kate's experience has been acquired while working for small businesses, and Kate herself comes from a family of entrepreneurs. She has seen first hand both the challenges that small businesses face, but more importantly the role they play in providing services that are uniquely connected to the communities that they serve. Charlie is learning as much as he can about machines with moving parts - mostly excavators and transformers. We hope that one day, he can run the diggers!
