We do actually work and this is proof • At our Canterbury job we installed quite a lot of a 3 stage applied moulding design • Our process is pretty straight forward , Layout then pre cut and pre assemble all the components rather than installing thing individually. This ensures accuracy and makes the over scope very efficient.

When it comes to hinge mortising we are still using the Porter Cable 4 leaf template kit • We have tried the other ones on the market but still come back to this one, accurate, efficient and adjustable. • We use the Festool 1400 (obviously) with a 7/16 double flute bit in a 3/4 bushing.
