When we were interviewed for this article in the Sunshine Coast Homes & Decor Magazine at the beginning of March, we never anticipated where the world would be by the time the magazine arrived.

Now more than ever, we’re appreciating all that nature has to offer us, whether in the form of some tulips in a balcony pot, a raised bed full of homegrown fruits and veggies, or on a deck relaxing at the end of the day (eventually with friends and other loved ones)❤️

Time flies when you are busy, and years have flown by without any new pictures or posts. I’ll be regularly updating now and with Spring around the corner, hopefully some of the pictures will inspire you to get out and enjoy whatever garden you have access to, whether it’s a balcony garden with 3 pots of herbs or a fully landscaped acreage 😊

I think Michael and I must be the only people happy that it is raining this May long weekend as we just finished planting nearly 700 plants over the last few days (including several 10 - 15' tall trees) - the plants prefer cool, wet weather over scorching weather when settling in! :) I know, I know, I like sun too but I want the plants to be happy!
