When removing trees changes the landscape significantly, it can be a hard pill to swallow. But, removal is often necessary to prevent damage and mitigate risk-especially for local small businesses.
We appreciate fellow local business owners who respect the Haliburton landscape but also understand the risk dead trees pose on infrastructure and safety. These trees at The Lakeview Motel have been a beautiful statement along the highway for years. But their decline finally became a danger and as good, proactive business owners do, The Lakeview Motel had them removed safely before infrastructure was damaged, interfering with operations, or the safety of visitors was compromised.
