WE’RE HIRING: FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Chaulk & All About Kitchens is seeking an experienced, hands-on Financial Controller for an immediate three-month contract opportunity based in Minden, Ontario.

Primarily On-Site, with Hybrid Possibility
Immediate Opening
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented finance professional who can quickly step into the role, take ownership of our financial operations, and provide clear, practical financial insight to ownership and our team.
Key responsibilities include:
• Overseeing day-to-day accounting and financial operations
• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Completing bank, credit card and general ledger reconciliations
• Monitoring cash flow and preparing financial reports
• Reviewing job costs, margins and key financial metrics
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Strengthening accounting processes and internal controls
• Supporting HST, WSIB and other financial reporting requirements
Strong QuickBooks knowledge is required, along with proven experience in a Controller, Senior Accountant, Finance Manager or similar financial leadership role.
Experience in construction, renovation, cabinetry, manufacturing or other project-based industries is an asset, as is familiarity with job costing and project profitability.
CPA designation or accounting-related education is also considered an asset.
