Another rental unit completed for Occupy Property Management!

This project included ceiling repainting, full wall repainting, and trim refreshing, all finished in a clean grey throughout the unit to give the space a fresh, modern appearance. 👌🏻

Returning customers Annie and Dale purchased their new home just over a year ago and recently noticed several areas requiring minor repairs due to normal settling, including stress cracks and screw pops on the ceilings and walls. With the help of Daniel, we carefully patched and repaired each area before applying a fresh coat of paint, leaving their home looking seamless and refreshed.

Breanna and Ray are in the process of renovating their first home! With some walls removed the ceiling needing patch work, it was time to repaint the entire main area!
