Looking for solar, please reach out to me.

As mentioned in my old post solar home (provincial) rebate is already reduced to $3k in December 2021 but still there is a time to get $5k federal rebates before it’s too late as this rebates is for limited time.

Why one should go for solar?

- to reduce carbon footprint, use and support renewable energy;

- similar to why pay house rent (expense) when you can pay EMI for home mortgage (investment) and own house, why to pay power bill (expenses) when you can pay EMI towards solar finance (investment) and have free electricity for minimum 15 years (total solar minimum life is 25 years- 10 years financing), average expected payback time is between 8 to 10 years;

- to take the benefit of max $6,000 SolarHome (provincial) solar rebate (3 years ago it was $10,000) up to 25% of eligible pre-tax system costs or $5,000 Canada Greener Home grant, whichever is higher; take the benefits of grant before it goes down further;

- increase value of house;

- avoid rising energy costs;

- lower 3.5% (prime + 1%) financing on energy efficient products with no prepayment penalty.
