We are moving forward with the Queen Street project, starting with a solid foundation. The site had been over-excavated with an 8-foot deep basement, requiring infilling. Aggregate material is being spread and compacted in 1-foot lifts for maximum strength, with two trucks hauling material to site. A survey will be done shortly to guide us for footing placement and excavation.

Completed a replacement project on Friday, swapping out a well crock utilized as a septic tank with a new 600-gallon, 2-compartment tank. Returning on Monday to complete the field plumbing and finalize site cleanup. Due to tight constraints, we used a two-excavator approach, using the mini excavator for digging and the larger machine for tank placement, to ensure efficient and safe operation between the house and the water.
