French drain installation underway in Cole Harbour and the crew is knocking it out of the park!

This backyard was staying constantly wet and spongey, with water collecting where it shouldn’t. We started with the layout, then moved into excavation, drainage pipe installation, and gravel backfill to help move water away from the yard and the home.

It’s not glamorous work, but it makes a big difference when water has nowhere good to go.

More updates coming as we finish this one up.
