Small mistakes can cause huge problems in the long run. All too often, we open up a wall and find rot due to a lack of knowledge on the builder’s part. We believe water was being directed to some improperly installed flashing, causing both stories to be completely rotten on one side of the house. Here are some progress photos to show how much work goes into fixing rot damage.

Hit the floor, Jack, and don’t ya come back no more, no more, no more, no more 🎶

Goodbye rotten, poorly framed kitchen and bathroom floor built in 1942. A slow leak resulted in this problem, leaving a bouncy, sunken floor. Time to gut it.
