🔥 South Shore Cottage Project – Looking for Local Feedback 🔥

Hey everyone — I’m planning a new modern cottage build in the LaBelle area, and wanted to get some honest local feedback before moving forward.

This area has become a hotspot for both personal getaways and short-term rentals — so I’m designing something that fits that lifestyle perfectly.

🏡 The vision:
• Modern cottage design with large windows + natural light
• Clean, low-maintenance exterior (built for Nova Scotia seasons 🌦️)
• Smart, efficient layout — ideal for weekend use or full-time living
• Great potential for Airbnb/income property

📍 Location: LaBelle area (minutes from lakes, trails, and approx. 30 mins to Bridgewater)

💰 Planned price range: $350,000 – $375,000 (note not on a pond but close to boat launch)
