Сьогодні хочу оповісти про Ван Гога, точніше про його знамениті соняхи!
Є відома картина Ван Гога "Соняшники", він дуже любив ці квіти (наче українець!). Переважно люди думають що існує одна картина Ван Гога "Соняшники". Насправді їх, цих картин, багато. Їх ще називають "візитна картка Ван Гога". Я думала, що соняшників Ван Гога 4 або 5 картин. А їх виявляється майже двадцять! Особисто мені подобаються його соняшники з Паризької серії (перше фото внизу). Комусь відомі соняшники з серії Арлі (друге фото початок серії, третє вже давніші картини). І ось вам повороти долі: життя Ван Гога моторошно-дивно-складно-вражаюче, що аж плакати хочеться. Деякі дивляться на соняшники Ван Гога з серії Арлі і думають, що тут такого? Вони якісь по дитячому одноманітні, все таке просто жовте. Справа в тому, що в Арлі, коли Ван Гог малював ці соняхи, у нього ВЗАГАЛІ не було грошей, а це значить, що він не міг купити собі фарби і малював тими які у нього були! Пізніше, одна з цих картин арлійської серії, продалася за 22 000 000 фунтів стерлінгів (це 40 070 000 канадських доларів!). Тільки одна картина! Художника жебрака, який малював з того що залишилося! Яка сила характеру та таланту! Шкода, що люди цінують це не одразу!
І я тут з'ясувала, що одна з моїх картин (останнє фото) подібна до соняхів Ван Гога! Тільки видно , що у мене трохи більше зараз грошей, ніж у Ван Гога в Арлі, бо моя картина містить більше кольорів. Соррі Ван Гог!
TWISTS OF FATE
Today I want to tell you about Van Gogh, or rather about his famous sunflowers!
There is a famous painting by Van Gogh "Sunflowers", he loved these flowers very much (as if he were Ukrainian!). Mostly people think that there is only one painting by Van Gogh "Sunflowers". In fact, there are many of them, these paintings. They are also called "Van Gogh's calling card". I thought that there were 4 or 5 paintings of Van Gogh's sunflowers. But it turns out there are almost twenty of them! Personally, I like his sunflowers from the Paris series (first photo below). Some people know the sunflowers from the Arles series (second photo is the beginning of the series, the third is an older painting). And here are the twists of fate: Van Gogh's life is eerie-strange-complicated-impressive, that you just want to cry. Some look at Van Gogh's sunflowers from the Arles series and think, what's so special about them? They are somehow childishly monotonous, everything is just yellow. The fact is that in Arles, when Van Gogh painted these sunflowers, he had NO money AT ALL, which means that he couldn't buy himself paints and painted with the ones he had! Later, one of these paintings from the Arles series was sold for 22,000,000 pounds sterling (that's 40,070,000 Canadian dollars!). Only one painting! By a beggar artist who painted from what was left! What strength of character and talent! It's a pity that people don't appreciate it right away!
And here I found out that one of my paintings (the last photo) is similar to Van Gogh's sunflowers! It's just that I have a little more money now than Van Gogh did in Arles, because my painting contains more colors. Sorry Van Gogh!
